Hi! I’m the founder of PB Operations.
I've naturally been curious my whole life and always enjoyed learning how things work. That curiosity has led me through different industries, roles, and projects, allowing me to see businesses from different angles over the last 10 years.
From customer-service roles to back-office operations, I learned how even the simplest processes are connected to something bigger.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time with loved ones. I also dedicate time to Dognations, an initiative focused on helping dogs in need.
Life has taken me through some interesting paths so far, and I have a feeling the best ones are yet to come.
